Team Building Options
Full Cooking Experience | $145/person
This is an all-hands-on cooking class, with the option of working individually or breaking into small teams. The end result is a fun session of team building and a great meal. Group will be greeted with a chef’s choice Appetizer Array and non-alcoholic beverages while we wait for the entire team to arrive (up to 20 minutes). Next the group will talk about housekeeping, safety, and sanitation rules and the first team building exercise (approx. 15 minutes). The group will then spend 90 minutes preparing and cooking their meal with Chef Anne Marie sprinkling in some team building exercises. The final hour is spent seated and enjoying the fruits of everyone's labor. |
Restaurant Wars | $150/person
Your group breaks into two teams and with the guidance of our staff, they compete against each other by creating two restaurants from concept (menu planning, restaurant naming, etc), cooking, and serving (in fact, at the end, the teams will be guests in their competitor’s “restaurant”). Group will be greeted with a chef’s choice Appetizer Array and non-alcoholic beverages while we wait for the entire team to arrive (up to 20 minutes). Next the group will talk about housekeeping, safety, and sanitation rules and the first team building exercise (approx. 15 minutes). The teams will then spend 90 minutes preparing and cooking their meals overseen by Chef Anne Marie. The final hour has teams enjoying a plated meal served by their competitor. |
The Winery Walk | $165/person
This is a team building exercise that takes place outside the kitchen with a walk into the neighboring Wine Warehouse District of Woodinville. Group will be greeted with a chef’s choice Appetizer Array and non-alcoholic beverages while we wait for the entire team to arrive (up to 20 minutes). Next the group will talk about housekeeping, safety, and sanitation rules and the first team building exercise (approx. 15 minutes). The group will then spend 90 minutes walking to a winery or two for guided tastings and a team building game. |
